How many children share the coach?
Group batches are strictly 4-6 similarly-rated students, so your child is never lost in a crowd and gets intense peer play and group calculation with children at the same working level. Is there a real curriculum from beginner to rated play?
Yes. There is a structured ladder by age (5-8, 9-12, 13-15) and level (beginner, intermediate, advanced), plus dedicated tracks for tournament prep, rating improvement and online summer camp. A beginner moves from learning the board and legal moves to finishing complete games, using opening principles and finding basic tactics and endings.

How will I know it is working?
You receive a weekly WhatsApp report after each class summarising what was covered and what your child should practise next. No separate app to learn, no chasing the coach for updates. For older children working on rating improvement, the coach tracks the trend across saved games so you can see improvement rather than guess at it.

Is it safe, and can I see the classes?
Classes run live online with a named coach on a shared digital board, from your home, so you always know the environment your child is in. Parents are welcome to sit in or observe, and the weekly WhatsApp report tells you exactly what each session covered. There is no physical venue your child travels to alone.

What if we stop?
Leaving chess in Kozhikode on a monthly plan follows the 48-hour rule of a full refund, then a pro-rated refund minus sessions attended until the 3rd session, after which there is no refund for the current month and cancelling stops later billing. Term packages use a 7-day pro-rated refund from enrolling, then leftover classes can still be finished in the term.

What do I have to do at home?
