How many state players can qualify for national age-group events?
The 2026-27 prospectus provided places for the first two selected players in the Under-7, Under-9, Under-11, Under-13 and Under-17 Open and Girls championships. For Under-15 and Under-19 Open and Girls, it provided places for the first four selected players. Treat those as the rules for that edition and read the relevant prospectus before entering.
Can we submit a state championship entry without the district association?
The state championship prospectus says entries, including special entries, must be submitted or recommended through the concerned district association. Start that conversation before making event plans. Registration is a separate requirement: the 2025-26 state rapid prospectus required both UPCSA and AICF registration for participants.
