Is it safe, and can I see the classes?
Classes are live online sessions with a coach present throughout, which is very different from leaving a child alone with a video library. An adult can stay close for the opening minutes with younger children, after which the child works directly with the coach. You always know who is teaching and what was taught each week.

What if we stop?
Firozabad monthly plans still allow a full refund inside 48 hours of enrolling. After 48 hours but before session three, a monthly plan is pro-rated minus sessions attended, then the month is kept while cancelling stops future charges. A term pack cancelled within 7 days is refunded minus sessions already taken, leftover sessions can still be finished, and the free level check lets you start, observe, and decide without a longer lock-in.
