Yes. The 2026 Under-9 prospectus required valid AICF and SBDS registrations for 2026-27 by 27 May 2026. That requirement belonged to the event dated 28-31 May 2026. Keep the event date and registration year together when reading a prospectus, rather than treating an old deadline as a standing rule.
