How child safety works
Every coach clears a multi-step hiring process, and background verification — police clearance plus a reference check — is completed before they teach a child. Classes are live lessons rather than recorded lesson libraries, parents may sit in on any session, and a parent or guardian should remain at home during classes for children under eight. Yes, and the roadmap shows it. Ages 5-8 start by feeling at home with the board, building safe move habits, recognising small patterns, and playing short complete games. Home practice is five to ten focused minutes at a time, ending while your child is still interested. Batches of 4-6 keep the pace lively, and the coach teaches in English or Hindi, whichever your family uses.
Which language will the coach use in class?
Coaches teach in English and Hindi, and many Malwa households mix both at home, so explanations stay simple and parent-friendly rather than formal textbook English. You confirm the language preference during the complimentary demo, and the first full package then starts cleanly in the language you chose for your child.
Can a shy child manage in a group batch?
Yes. Batches are 4-6 children placed by working level, so nobody is the weakest in a loud room, and participation can begin with moves on the board or written answers rather than speaking up. Tell the coach if shyness, language or pace is getting in the way. If focus works better alone, the 1:1 Analyst Protocol is always available as the alternative.
