Is there a real curriculum from beginner to rated play?
Yes. The ladder runs from beginner to advanced: your child learns the board and legal moves, finishes complete games, then moves through opening principles, tactics and endings into positional play and deeper calculation. Separate tracks exist for ages 5-8, 9-12 and 13-15, and tournament-prep and rating-improvement roadmaps take a prepared child toward rated play.

Is it safe, and can I see the classes?
Every class is live on video with a dedicated coach, from your own home, so there is no offline venue your child travels to alone. What if we stop?
If you leave a Jalandhar monthly plan, a full refund applies within 48 hours of enrolling and a pro-rated refund minus sessions attended remains until the 3rd session, after which there is no refund for the current month and cancelling stops later billing. Term packages add a 7-day pro-rated refund from enrolling, leftover sessions can still be completed within the term after that, and you can pause for exams, holidays or travel.

Will the timings fit our week?
Timings are set with you in IST windows, so the class sits where it does not fight ground or academy time. Evening options include 4:30-6:30 PM, 5:30-8:30 PM and 4:30-9:30 PM IST, and morning windows start at 9:30 AM-1:30 PM IST.
