Is there a real curriculum from beginner to rated play?
Yes. We run age tracks for ages 5-8, 9-12 and 13-15, plus beginner, intermediate, advanced, tournament-prep and rating-improvement roadmaps. A beginner learns the board, finishes complete games and finds basic tactics; an advanced student deepens calculation and converts training into events.

Classes are live online sessions your child joins from home, with a coach visible on screen and the board shared in real time. You can sit nearby, especially for younger children, and the weekly WhatsApp report keeps you informed about everything covered in class.

Hosur families get a full refund on a monthly plan if they cancel within 48 hours of enrolling, then a pro-rated refund minus sessions attended before the 3rd session, after which the current month is not refunded and cancelling stops later billing. Is there a path to tournaments?
Yes. TNSCA lists Krishnagiri District Chess Association opposite the Hosur railway station. The 2026 National Amateur Championships concluded at Adhiyaman College of Engineering, and the 2024 national sub-junior there had 288 players in the open. Ask that association about later junior dates and confirm the event's own rules. Students reach a first tournament in about four months on average.
