Group batches are strictly 4-6 similarly-rated students, so your child is never lost in a crowd and never stuck with children far above or below their level. Is there a real curriculum from beginner to rated play?
Yes. There is a real ladder from beginner to rated play: beginner levels learn the board, legal moves, and a first complete game; intermediate levels stabilise tactical vision and link openings to endings; advanced levels deepen calculation and convert training into events; and tournament prep rehearses real event conditions. Age-specific roadmaps cover ages 5-8, 9-12, and 13-15.

How will I know it is working?

Is it safe, and can I see the classes?
Classes are live online sessions your child attends from home, in English or Hindi, with a coach and at most six children in a batch. Because sessions run on a fixed schedule with the same coach every week, you always know who is teaching and when. The free demo lets you sit in on the actual format before you pay anything.

Is there a path to tournaments?
All Assam Chess Association, listed by AICF at Store Gate Pandu near Buddha Mandir, Guwahati, organised the 14th National School Chess Championships 2025 at Sarusajai Indoor Stadium in December 2025. Ask that association about later play, and look at the chosen event's requirements. On average, students reach a first tournament in about four months of lessons.

What do I have to do at home?
