Is there a real curriculum from beginner to rated play?
Yes. There are age tracks for ages 5-8, 9-12 and 13-15, plus beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, tournament preparation and rating improvement. Each level has a written roadmap, from learning legal moves and finishing a complete game to calculation, repertoire work and converting training into events.

How will I know it is working?
You receive a weekly WhatsApp report for every student, so you can see what was covered even if you never watch a class. Coaches also review saved games and error logs, and one parent put it plainly: the weekly progress report lets her see exactly what is working without knowing chess herself.

Is it safe, and can I see the classes?
Classes are live online sessions for children aged 5-15, run by named coaches with no unvetted substitutes. Because your child keeps the same coach every session, you always know who is on the call, and the weekly WhatsApp report keeps you informed about what happened in each class.

Can we try before paying?

What if we stop?
Deoghar monthly plans still return a full refund inside 48 hours of enrolling. Until session three a pro-rated refund minus sessions attended still applies, and after session three the month is kept while cancelling stops future charges. A festival month can be paused so remaining sessions are kept, and leftover term sessions can still be finished after 7 days.

Will the timings fit our week?
Coach availability windows run in IST across the week, from mornings like 9:30 AM-1:30 PM through afternoons such as 12:30-5:30 PM to evenings like 4:30-9:30 PM and 5:30-8:30 PM. Because sessions are at home, chess continues even when pilgrim traffic makes travel across Deoghar unpredictable.

What do I have to do at home?
Very little. For younger children, five to ten focused minutes of board setup or two familiar positions is enough, and casual family games help when adults resist correcting every move.
