How child safety works
Every coach clears a multi-step hiring process, and background verification — police clearance plus a reference check — is completed before they teach a child. Classes are live lessons rather than recorded lesson libraries, parents may sit in on any session, and a parent or guardian should remain at home during classes for children under eight. What happens if we want to stop after paying?
You are covered by a full refund on unused sessions. If your child attends some classes in a prepaid block and then stops, the classes not yet taken are refunded completely. That means trying a block of lessons carries no financial risk beyond the sessions your child has already attended and benefited from.
