My chess story started at age 10: a park match caught my eye on the way to cricket. My grandfather taught me the rules, and soon I was winning school tournaments and representing my university at nationals. Coaching casually in college, I saw a huge gap: kids struggled with even the basics. COVID forced me online, and the unstructured lessons leaving children lost made the gap obvious. ChessWize was born from that: structured curriculums, scheduled progress, and lessons designed so the love for the game actually sticks.
