ChessWize News covers Indian chess, the world circuit, and the junior pathway. We publish for parents and players who want a sourced summary, not a scraped reprint.

Who writes

Wire items and tournament pages run under the ChessWize Newsdesk. Analysis carries a named coach byline. Every author has a public page at /news/author/.

Sources

A story needs at least one primary source, or two independent publishers. Every number in a facts box, standings table, or chart cites a source with an accessed date. We do not invent quotes. Quoted text stays at 15 words or fewer.

Corrections

If a published fact is wrong, we add a dated correction on the story and list it at /corrections/. We do not silently rewrite a number.

Images

Generated heroes are illustrative: boards, venues, abstracts. We do not generate a likeness of a real player. Official photos need a credit and a right to use them.
