About me#
I’m a FIDE-rated chess coach with five years of teaching experience and students all over the world. I’ve worked across a range of schools and academies — Kaabil Kids, ChessBrainz, Orchids International, Kothari International, and Mayur School in Noida — coaching everyone from children who have never moved a piece to advanced players preparing for rated events.
Playing experience#
- FIDE-rated player (rating 1621)
- Participated in numerous tournaments
- Active competitive player who has guided several students to their own FIDE ratings
Teaching experience#
Five years of coaching across schools, academies, and online — teaching students worldwide at every level. I’ve coached at Kaabil Kids, ChessBrainz, Orchids International, Kothari International, and Mayur School (Noida), and I’ve helped several of my students earn their first FIDE rating.
Coaching methodology#
I teach the whole game, not just one phase of it. Beginners get a clear foundation; intermediate and advanced students get structured work across openings, middlegames, and endgames, plus dedicated tournament preparation. Lessons are built so that each level naturally leads into the next, and competitive students always have a plan for their upcoming events.
Best skills#
- Coaching the complete game: openings, middlegames, and endgames
- Preparing students for rated and competitive tournaments
- Teaching across all levels — beginner to advanced — for students worldwide
- Helping committed students reach their first FIDE rating
Beginners to advanced#
The reason I coach across the full range — first-time learners through advanced players — is that the fundamentals never stop mattering. A strong beginner foundation is the same thing an advanced player relies on under pressure. I keep the path structured so students always know what they’re working on and why.
